MAIN TASK: 1 Tracing Elements of chosen design
Learners use tracing paper to

or section that describes their sport).
MAIN TASK: 2 EXPERIMENTATION: Collage using ‘Google’ template
Teacher to introduce weeks tasks and contextual references, with collage workshops. Learners then use elements to
create 3 ideas on collage
techniques creating 3 handmade collages with: painted/coloured paper (Eric Carle),
magazines (Yann Faucon), words (Richard Curtner)
Plenary:
Learners to discuss how
their experiments relate to this weeks contextual referencing and record
findings in sketchbooks
HOMEWORK:
Review experiments – relating to
the 3 artists, to be handed in Wed for marking by Fri
This evaluation should include:
Analysis of each artist, who are they? what materials and techniques do they use? what formal elements do they use (LINE, SHAPE, FORM, COLOUR, TEXTURE) and how to they use them. And finally how do they relate to the workshops you have done? (what was your experience of the workshop, did it work?).
